Trapped Inside Myself...

I often feel that the emotions I am feeling cannot be expressed in words. I tend to keep them inside, allowing them to slowly rot me from the inside out. I try to get them out but just don't know how...

I talk with Jen about it sometimes but I am not comfortable talking about my emotions with anyone, if I would be comfortable with someone it would be her, but no luck.

I feel that I am destined to bat my emotions around in my head my entire life without the ability to release somehow.

I feel hurt...

I feel tired...

I feel like I want to go home...
